Refund policy
How refunds work for digital styling boards and board credits. All amounts and any refunds are handled in USD.
Current status
Payment provider pending. No payment is collected at this time — checkout is disabled until our provider is connected. No orders are charged yet, so no refunds are currently due.
Digital styling boards
Styling boards are delivered as digital files. Once a board file has been downloaded, it is considered used and is generally non-refundable. If a board file fails to download or is corrupted, contact us and we will re-issue the file or refund that board in USD.
Board credits
- Unused board credits can be refunded in USD within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits already spent on generated boards are non-refundable.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method once enabled.
What is not covered
The studio delivers design visuals only. We cannot refund for your own printing costs, paper, ribbon, postage, or for outcomes of your printing and assembly. Generated imagery is a design starting point, not a guarantee of a specific physical result.
